Customer Reviews
Easy booking, amazing views
I decided on the Standard Ticket for myself and my sister. The booking process online was straightforward; I just picked the date and time, paid, and got the confirmation email right away. Entry was quick with the e-tickets. Once up there, the panoramic views of London were absolutely incredible, really lived up to the hype. We spent a good hour just taking it all in and snapping photos. Didn't need customer service, everything just worked. Definitely worth it for anyone wanting to see the city from above. The digital guide was also a nice addition, gave good context to what we were seeing.
Nice views, some crowding
My partner and I got the Date Night Package. The views were impressive, and the included drinks were a nice touch. It was a good value overall for a special evening out. The only slight downside was how busy it felt, even with our package. Could be a bit less crowded to really enjoy the atmosphere without feeling rushed.
Always a good experience
I booked the Flexible Ticket again, same as last time. It's so handy to be able to change my visit date if plans shift. The process was smooth, just like my previous bookings. Always reliable for a great view of London.
